How quickly can you get here?
We aim for same-day service on repair calls. Call before 2 p.m. and we usually get to you the same day. Emergency calls after hours may take longer depending on the situation.
Do you charge for the service call?
Yes, there's a service call fee. That fee goes toward the cost of the repair if you decide to move forward. If you just want a diagnosis and estimate, we'll tell you the cost upfront.
What if the problem is bigger than a simple repair?
We'll tell you straight. If you need a panel upgrade or rewiring, we'll explain what that looks like and give you a separate estimate. We do that work too, but a simple repair is a simple repair.
