We offer same-day service for urgent issues. Call us and we'll let you know when we can be there. For after-hours emergencies, we have a service line available.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. We work with property management companies on regular maintenance contracts and emergency calls. We can bill directly and coordinate with your tenants.
What if I need electrical work done but I'm not sure what the problem is?
We'll come out, test the system, and tell you what's wrong and what it costs to fix. There's a service call fee, but that gets applied to the repair if you hire us to do the work.
