Ceiling Fan Installation

You get we mount and wire ceiling fans so they run quiet and don't wobble.

Ceiling fan installation means running wire from your breaker box or existing fixture, mounting the fan bracket to your joist, and connecting everything so it runs smooth and safe. We do this work in homes across the area. Most jobs take a few hours depending on whether you already have a fixture in place or we're running new wire.

Texas heat makes a ceiling fan worth the investment. We run the wire through your attic or walls to keep things clean, mount the bracket solid into the framing, and test the fan at all speeds before we leave. If you need a new circuit run from the breaker panel, we pull permits and do that work to code.

You get a fan that spins without wobble, a remote or wall switch that actually works, and the confidence that the electrical is done right. We clean up after ourselves and walk you through how to use the controls before we go.

What's included: Ceiling fan and bracket mounting into ceiling framing; Electrical wiring from breaker box or existing fixture; Wall switch or remote control installation; Breaker connection and circuit setup; Testing at all fan speeds before completion.

Questions

Ceiling Fan Installation — FAQ

Do you pull permits for ceiling fan installation?

We pull permits if we're running a new circuit from your breaker panel. If you're replacing an existing fixture with the same load, permits usually aren't needed, but we'll let you know upfront what applies to your job.

Can you install a fan where there's no existing light fixture?

Yes. We run new wire from your breaker box or from an existing circuit if one is nearby. This takes longer and costs more than replacing an existing fixture, but we'll give you a quote before we start.

How long does installation typically take?

Most jobs take two to three hours. If we're running new wire through walls or attic, or if your breaker panel is far from the installation spot, it may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when we come out.
